This review summarizes the data on stereochemical structure of functionalized azoles (pyrazoles, imidazoles, triazoles, thiazoles, and benzazoles) related compounds obtained by multipulse multinuclear 1H, 13C, 15N NMR spectroscopy quantum chemistry. The stereochemistry is a challenging topic theoretical research, as correct interpretation their chemical behavior biological activity depends understanding factors that determine features relative stability tautomers. spectroscopy, in combination with calculations, most convenient reliable approach to evaluation of, particular, nitrogen-containing heteroaromatic heterocyclic compounds. Over last decade, has become almost an express method for determination heterocycles.
